Native to Colombia, this is an herbaceous plant in the Gesneriaceae family. It grows in wet tropical habitats and has nodding pink flowers with hairy, trumpet-shaped corollas. It has earned the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit​. Photographed in the department of Quindio, Colombia.
