Heliconia marginata

Native to Bolivia, northern Brazil, west-central Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Ecuador and nearby regions, this is an herbaceous plant in the Heliconiaceae family. Naive to Colombia with a habitat below 5,500 feet. Photographed in the department of Quindio, Colombia.
