An evergreen shrub native to tropical regions of Mexico with vibrant yellow flowers which are loosely packed into terminal racemes, covering the shrub with bloom throughout much of the year. This plant usually grows between 6 to 10 feet tall in its native habitat. Photographed in Mariquita, Colombia.
