Epidendrum aura

Epidendrum is a diverse orchid genus native to the American tropics. Its members include plants that grow on trees, rocks, and the ground, with stems ranging from swollen pseudobulbs to slender, leafy canes. Flowers usually develop in terminal clusters and have a lip joined to the column. Photographed in Florida.
