Dendrobium nobile

Native to Assam, Bangladesh, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, and Hainan and nearby regions, this is an orchid in the Orchidaceae family. It grows as an epiphyte, primarily on trees, absorbing moisture and nutrients from its surroundings. There are numerous cultivars and hybrids. Photographed in Armenia, Colombia.
