Curio rowleyanus white brushlike flower head above bead-shaped succulent leaves

Curio rowleyanus

A trailing succulent native to southern Africa, Curio rowleyanus produces long slender stems lined with nearly spherical leaves. Small white flower heads rise above the beadlike foliage and contain many tubular florets with purple-tipped stamens. The pendent stems root where they contact suitable surfaces and form spreading mats. Photographed in Peru.
