The Mexican aster, originates from Mexico but has been naturalized in various regions worldwide due to its popularity as an ornamental plant. It typically exhibits a bushy habit, growing up to 3-6 feet tall with an equal spread, showcasing its ability to create a significant visual impact in the landscape. The plant is annual, completing its life cycle in one growing season, yet it’s proficient at self-seeding, which allows it to establish a long-term presence in suitable environments.
