Columnea ericae

Columnea ericae is an epiphytic shrub native from southeastern Colombia to Peru. In Colombia it occurs in Amazonia, the Andes, and the Pacific region, from about 300 to 6,600 feet. It is also recorded as a hemiepiphyte and climbing plant. Colombian sources record medical uses for the species. Photographed in Colombia.
