Clerodendrum schmidtii
Clerodendrum schmidtii is a tropical shrub native to Southeast Asia. Each flower is star-shaped with five petals and long, thin stamens that give the clusters a feathery, elegant appearance. The flowers are lightly fragrant, especially noticeable in the evening. Clerodendrum schmidtii thrives in warm, humid environments. Photographed in Florida.
