Chaetogastra pendula
Chaetogastra pendula is native to Ecuador. This species is adapted to humid and cool environments.
The flowers of Chaetogastra pendula are distinct, with four white petals that contrast sharply against the bright yellow stamens and curved purple anthers. The buds and stems are covered in reddish bristles, adding a textural element to its floral display. Photographed in Ecuador.
