Native to Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panamá, this is a shrub in the Campanulaceae family. This Andean shrub occurs in Colombia and Ecuador in humid montane forest. It has a bushy growth habit and produces dense clusters of red tubular flowers. Photographed in Colombia.
