Two white Cameraria retusa flowers with five rounded petals and yellow throats, dotted with raindrops against slender green leaves
Cameraria retusa

Cameraria retusa is an evergreen tree native to the Caribbean that can reach 10–20 ft in height, adapted to tolerate salt spray and drought. The flowers are about 1–1.5 in across, each with five smooth, overlapping white petals surrounding a small yellow eye at the center. The blooms are borne singly or in small clusters in the leaf axils and appear intermittently throughout the year. Photographed in Florida.
