Begonia (species unidentified)

Native across tropical and subtropical regions, Begonia is a diverse genus of herbaceous plants in the Begoniaceae family. Its species are recognized by asymmetrical leaves and separate male and female flowers on the same plant. Photographed in the central Andes mountain range of Colombia.
