Amaranthus hypochondriacus (Kiwicha)

Origin to Central and South America. It is believed to have been a significant crop for the Aztecs and Incas. The leaves, seeds and flowers are edible. The seeds are tiny and packed with essential nutrients, including protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They have a mild, nutty flavor and is commercially cultivated.
