Kalanchoe grandiflora (Yellow Kalanchoe)

Kalanchoe grandiflora, commonly called yellow kalanchoe, is a succulent subshrub native to India, including the western Himalayas and southwestern India. It grows in seasonally dry habitats. Upright, branched stems support broad, flattened clusters of yellow flowers. Each flower has an elongated tube that opens into four spreading golden lobes. The waxy foliage and young stems can develop a pinkish or violet tint. Photographed in Colombia.
