Columnea parviflora

Native to Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panamá, it is an herbaceous plant in the Gesneriaceae family. Documented elevations extend from about 66 to 6,550 feet. It grows on non-woody stems and produces flowers among or above the foliage. Photographed in Colombia.
