Cochliasanthus caracalla is a vine native to tropical regions of America. It is a vigorous climbing vine that can reach lengths of over 20 feet, twining around supports with its stems. The species is notable for its uniquely coiled, snail-like blossoms, which exhibit a wide range of colors during development, including cream, yellow, lilac, and purple, often blending in a single inflorescence.
