A bush originating from Mexico. During winter, this plant features orange-red flowers growing in its leaf axils, covering the length of its branches. An attractive ornamental plant not widely used. Awarded the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit. Photographed in Bogotá, Colombia.
