Xeric shrubland in Colombia

Xeric shrublands, also known as dry shrublands, are a type of ecosystem characterized by sparse vegetation and a dry climate. In Colombia xeric shrublands are most commonly found along the Caribbean coast in the Guajira Peninsula.
