Santa Marta, Colombia

A small port, tourist city of less than 500,000 on the Caribbean coast. The climate averages 91 in the day and 75 at night. There is a five month dry season and the city only receives 21 inches of rain per year due to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta to the south.
